Every human body is different and Lindsey believes in teaching to the person as a whole instead of emphasizing one specific way to practice yoga. Not only are we born with unique minds and bodies, we are also influenced by the seasons, our environments, the types of foods we eat, our relationships, and where we are in the cycle of life. A yoga session specifically tailored to you will attend to the areas that call for nourishment and healing, bringing you closer to your path of self-realization.
