Lindsey approaches the mind and body from an integrative perspective. Her process is influenced by her background in health psychology, nutrition, philosophy, and the art of yoga. She believes that many components of our physical ailments and mental disturbances can be alleviated through lifestyle changes and natural modifications.
Lindsey has experience in the scientific research realm of health studies and she began her career working for the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD from 2010 - 2017. She enjoys health research and her writing has been published by American University, the St. Croix Avis newspaper, and The Caribbean Writer - an international literary journal.
